Our hosting company is being an ass.... They are now saying we can not host maps/downloads on their server . Keep in mind it's been this way for years and we pay for unlimited space.

"After a server audit we found that you are using over 18GB of disk space. This is fine as long as all the files on your site are related to your website operating. Downloads, map redirects and downloads are not part of your website functioning. Our servers are not intended to be a repository for maps or game files. It is a web hosting server. Can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible?"

So those files will be moved to be hosted on fssquaduo.com (which has all of the uo maps anyways)  and or  homeplaying.com  (which claims it can be used for downloads and maps and I am paying for unlimited space and things with them)  right now this is the final straw with the hosting company for dui-clan.net........ they wouldn't allow remote MySQL  so I had to host files with stats with fssquaduo.com anyways.  The next renewal for this company is Feb. 8 2018 I think we will be transferring the domain to be hosting with either of the other two companies.

I am in the process of downloading everything from dui-clan.net to my pc.     Then I will delete those bulky downloads from dui-clan.net.  It's sad tho that dfg is complaining about 18gb and vexxhost isn't saying a thing for the 61+gb that I am using with them but I had asked them years and years ago and they have kept their word and haven't gone back on it (yet).

So keep in mind there maybe some changes soon coming. I will have to make accounts for senior admins to have access to download ftp and cpanel for the locations. I will be looking at what will be the best option for the clan and fellow players and see which options are best all the way around.

I have the current map rotations up on a redirect server. Seemed like the downloads were fairly fast for me. let me know what you all think.


I will add more maps as the rotations change.
